It is the employer's duty to ask himself how to attract talents on the first hand but on the other hand retain those already present in his company. The external image means the company seen from outside. It can have good or bad reputation but does not necessarily reflect reality. Hence, internal reputation shouldn't be neglected because employees are the best ambassadors of a brand. The corporate identity desired by management must be felt at all levels of the company. Each employee a piece of the employer brand and can act in a negative or positive way on it.
