Relationship Systems Intelligence: The New Leadership Edge

Paperjam.lu

Relationship Systems Intelligence is new and evolving territory in the field of organisational development. How does it impact team performance and team potential? What implications does it have for leadership?

RSI includes and transcends the concept of Emotional and Social Intelligence (ESI) and goes beyond “systems thinking” to highlight the complex, generative force of relationships and group identities in organisations.

RSI takes our understanding of how organisations and teams work a quantum step further. This model challenges the predominant view of organisations as “machines with replaceable parts” where re-engineering is portrayed as the solution to organisational change and replaces it with a more powerful and integrated view of organisations and teams as “living systems” with an innate intelligence, capable of sustaining healthy or unhealthy conditions for team performance.

What is different about RSI? How can I put it into practice in my daily management? Is it suitable for all firms and all teams? What are the advantages of this approach? What will RSI bring to my business?

Interactive tools and techniques will be used to facilitate powerful insights for leaders into how they can get beyond the surface level of team behaviour and team culture to access the innate intelligence and creative potential of teams.
