This brief, interactive workshop will give participants an insight into how to work effectively and efficiently in “virtual” teams. The workshop looks at using communication methods and tools strategically to overcome spatial, cultural and also linguistic barriers. It also looks at how to develop trust and a feeling of togetherness within a virtual team. Participants with be equipped with some of the best tools to contribute actively to team success, regardless of location and culture.
